About Me

I have been practising Reiki and energy work since 2003 and am a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher.

My work is completely remote, which allows me to support people and animals throughout the UK and internationally.

I work with adults, children, riders, horses, dogs and cats, using Reiki alongside broader energy work to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing, confidence, nervous-system regulation and greater balance.

A large part of my work is within the Equine & Rider world.

I believe horses are athletes in their own right. Whether they are competition horses, young horses, happy hackers or much-loved companions, their emotional and mental wellbeing matters just as much as their physical care.

I work with horses and riders individually or together, supporting them through stress, pressure, confidence issues, difficult experiences, travel, competition and changes in their lives or environment.

I also work with adults who may be carrying stress, overwhelm, low confidence, emotional build-up or the effects of difficult life experiences.

There is very little in life that I have not experienced in some form myself, and I believe that has given me a genuine understanding of how difficult it can be when life feels heavy or you simply do not feel like yourself.

My work with children is gentle and remote, with parents liaising directly with me. I also support babies and families, including during pregnancy and the postnatal period, as complementary wellbeing support.

Dogs and cats are another important part of my work, particularly animals experiencing stress, fear, behavioural changes, rescue backgrounds or difficulty adjusting to change.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, I also teach those who would like to develop their understanding of Reiki, energy and the way our own state can affect both ourselves, the children in our lives, and the animals around us.

My approach is straightforward, supportive and individual.

I work with the whole picture rather than just one isolated issue, and all sessions are carried out remotely and confidentially.
